Assembling SnowKart Front Ski

The SnowKart is shipped with a stand in place of the Front Ski in order to avoid any damages to the Ski during shipping and thus the Ski is packed separately.

The items shown in the red box are required to attach the Ski to the SnowKart.

The shorter bolt is used to attach the stand with the SnowKart while the longer bolt is used to attach the Ski to the SnowKart.

Assembly Steps:

Follow the steps below to disassemble the stand and assemble the Ski on to the SnowKart.

1) Unscrew the Nut and Bolt from the stand to take off the stand



2) Place the ski under the SnowKart steering rack and install the washers on the inside of both Nut holes on the Ski



3) Install the plastic Bolt channels and drive the bolt through the holes




4) Install the washer on the threaded side of the Bolt followed by the Nut and tighten using the provided Allen Key and Nut Key




5) Install and tighten the Check Nut



6) Install the rubber caps to conceal the Nut and Bolt heads



7) MOST IMPORTANT STEP
     Take your SnowKart out in the snow and enjoy it to your fullest.
