full. For 48V systems above 53V is considered full. |
Charger does not function |
Green LED may turn on when
charger is plugged to battery only without being connected to wall. Try
different wall plugs. |

Try different charger cable
cords. |

Unplug charger from wall,
connect charger to battery first then plug the charger to the wall. |
